The technical activities take place in the gymnasium with wooden parquet at Cesenatico. In the morning the technical part of modern and classic dance is faced: warming up centralized on the stretching and the study of the technique (plies, exercises to develop the instep, openings etc.).

After the purely technical part at the centre we pass on to the diagonals to learn the first useful basis to develop a choreography and to work in a right manner in the space. Study of the technique of the classic dance on the bar and at the centre by using the tips. In the afternoon we study the choreography of the style called modern and the style of the HIP- HOP.
